CrestWall provides wallpapers for personal use on your device. You may download and use the wallpapers strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You are not allowed to redistribute, sell, sublicense, or use any wallpapers for commercial purposes without prior written permission from iGeeks Media.

The app may include exclusive wallpapers created by iGeeks Media (CrestWall). These wallpapers are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these wallpapers for personal use only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or use these wallpapers in any way not explicitly allowed under these Terms without written permission.

CrestWall may include stock wallpapers sourced from various smartphone manufacturers.

We do not claim ownership of these wallpapers. Their use remains subject to the terms and policies of their respective owners.

These wallpapers are also intended for personal use only.

You agree to use the app in a lawful manner.

You must not use the app to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the rights of others
• Distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content

All content within the app, excluding stock wallpapers, including designs, branding, and exclusive wallpapers, is owned by iGeeks Media or its licensors.

Using the app does not grant you ownership of any content.

iGeeks Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGeeks Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
